35 Winged 600's, 8 Restrictor's, and 5 Jr Sprint's check in for the Kevin Reid Memorial at Gator Motorplex for then first of 2 nights of racing. We would get all the heats ran and get our lineups set for the features. The 600's would run there B-main to finish up the lineup. The Jr. Sprints would hit the track in a hurry after learning there would be no intermission. Causing mass chaos. They would pace around the track for several laps before getting stopped due to the track not being ready....more

The Lonestar 600's will be hosting TWO $1000 to win Winged 600's shows. Along with TWO $300 to win Restrictor's shows. Rain Soaked 600 Feature, Tipton and Kreuger #Parke...

Sat night was up in the air if the night would even happen. Rain storms were surrounding Gulf Cost Speedway. The storm would however hold off for most of the night. Saturday night the Lonestar 600's checked in at Gator Motorplex. We rolled through the gate to face a great track. As the night unfolded the track got faster and faster. The Lonestar 600's were sent into a frenzy when a track in the area closed down. We were left to find a new place to race for those 4 dates. The Lonestar 600's would roll south to Gulf Coast Speedway and boy would it be a hectic night. There would be 20 Non Wing 600's, 4 Restrictor's, 2 Jr. Sprint's. This weekend the Lonestar 600's would face 2 tracks with a Double Header at Gator Motorplex Saturday and Golden Triangle Raceway Park Sunday. Independence Day Weekend Double Header

This Saturday and Sunday the Lonestar 600's will try once again to get a race in. Mother Nature has not been on our side making the entire month of June a washout.
