Restrictors feature. Let's roll out. Ryder Laplante & Brenham Crouch lead the 14 car field to the green. Just as field tightens. Kinsley Cook stalls on the front stretch. Unfortunately, retiring to the infield. Laplante & Crouch take the green. 5 laps in. Crouch clips a tire. Loses steering & tags the wall. Driver pulls to the infield. Laplante leads. Ryan Timms, Christopher Townsend is trailing. Slide jobs. Switches commence. Timms snags the lead. Townsend 2nd. Lap 8, Rylie Yates finds herself in a spin. Collecting Jayton Brown. Both drivers rejoin. Timms still leads. Laplante & Townsend battling. Thomas Hall Jr has entered the top 5. Caution airs as Dalton Wayne finds himself in a spin. Collecting Deagan Lelsz & Rylie Yates. The paramedics are dispatched to the infield for Yates. Driver complained of severe side pain. After a look over, paramedics release her to the to pits for some much needed rest. Back to it. Timms leads. Laplante & Townsend are working hard to snag that 2nd. Kamirin cook & Jayton Brown enter the top 5. Timms is walking away. Checkers fly. Ryan Timms parks his #5T in the Driven Performance Midwest victory lane!
600s next up! Johnny B Boland & Christopher Larson lead the field to the green. Larson takes off with it. First lap in, Jacob Lucas & Chase Randall rail the top. Get crazy loose & make contact. Nearly bringing out a caution, saves it. Next corner, Larson misses his mark & loops it around. Sling file restart. Joey Starnes leads. Boland knocking in 2nd. Jeffrey Abbey clips a tire bringing out the caution. Starnes still out front. All cars trying the bottom. With the exception of Preston Perlmutter & Jacob Lucas dusting off the top. Caution out, Chase Hyland tags the wall out 4. Starnes still out front. 1/2 way in. Boland shows signs of trouble. Jason Tyer holding it off for 3rd. Boland stall in turn 2 due to broken steering. Driver retires. Starnes still out front. Mike Walling & Preston Perlmutter have entered top 5. Perlmutter cruised up 11 spots. Jarrett Hjorth is moving forward from 20th to 10th. 18 laps in. Lucas has been up top the entire time. From starting 6th, falling to around 15th. Around the top, he makes his move & runs for lead. Starnes 2nd. Tyer 2nd. Lap 22, Ryan Timms finds himself spotted just inches short of tagging the wall in 4. Back to racing. Starnes giving it his best shot. Slide jobs. Lucas holds. Starnes catches him coming out of 2. Lucas gets the run. Starnes gives it another shot. Lucas holds it. Parks his #57 ride in the Driven Performance Midwest victory lane!
