This weekends Memorial Day races at Gulf Coast Speedway have been rained out for both Saturday and Sunday. Mother nature wins again for the second time this season.
Next race will be in 2 weeks for another double header. Friday June 10th will be at Golden Triangle Raceway Park. Racing that night will be the. Non Wing 600's and Restrictor's. Saturday June 11th will be at Gulf Coast Speedway. There we will have the Non Wing 600's, Restrictor's, and the Jr. Sprint.
Also I want everyone to keep all our racers in there prayers for the flooding. Several people have had issues of some sort with all this water.
Enjoy the next 2 weeks off. Stay dry, eat some BBQ and remember why we get Monday off as a holiday. A day on which those who died in active military service are remembered. So if you know someone who who is now gone take a moment to give them thanks. If it were not for these brave souls that lost there lives we would not be able to be free and enjoy the things we love to do.
